Romit Ajaykumar Shah serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saurashtra University.

Romit brings strong expertise in legal compliance, company law, and statutory and regulatory frameworks. With over three years of experience in legal and compliance matters, he plays a key role in ensuring the company’s adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.

He has been associated with the company as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer since December 2024, where he supports the Board and management by managing statutory compliances, regulatory filings, and corporate secretarial functions, contributing to transparent and efficient governance practices.
