Yashpalsinh Ghanshyamsinh Dasondi serves as the General Manager – Operations at our company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Gujarat University and a diploma in Plastics Testing and Conversion Technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET).

With over 18 years of experience in the nonwoven fabric industry, he has played a vital role in establishing strong operational systems and modern manufacturing infrastructure aligned with industry requirements. He is also responsible for research and new developments at Spunweb, supporting the selection of appropriate machinery and production technologies.

Associated with the company since August 2016, Yashpalsinh oversees the operations of all manufacturing units, ensuring efficient processes and consistent delivery of high-quality, defect-free products.
