Abhaykumar N. Fadadu serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, bringing strong financial leadership and strategic insight to the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration from Saurashtra University. With over nine years of professional experience in accounting and finance, he has developed deep expertise across diverse financial functions.

Abhaykumar is an accomplished finance professional with a global perspective on shareholder value creation, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, and corporate governance. He plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, actively supporting key business decisions, long-term planning, and strategic initiatives.

Since joining the organization in August 2016, Abhaykumar has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial framework. He currently leads critical functions including finance and accounting, taxation, internal controls, budgeting, and financial governance, ensuring robust compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable financial growth.
