Mr. Amul K. Kotadia is an Independent Director of the company, associated since November 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, along with a Diploma in Taxation Laws and Practice Law from the same institution. He further pursued his Doctor of Philosophy in Commerce from Singhania University, strengthening his academic credentials. With over 22 years of teaching experience, he has contributed significantly to the field of commerce education, including his tenure as Assistant Professor in the Commerce Department at Shri P.K.M. College of Technology & B.Ed., Junagadh.

Currently, Mr. Kotadia serves as an Associate Professor at Noble University, Junagadh, where he continues to impart knowledge and mentor students. His extensive academic background and professional experience bring valuable insights to the company, complementing his role as an Independent Director.
